Zetec into S1 install
Is there a lower water hose that would be a more or less straigth fit as the zetec water pump intlet is quite much bigger and a single one compared to the S1 Pump. Is the radiator outlet larger too in mk5/6 zetec Escort?

Pretty sure the outlet is a fair size bigger.
I run a Mk4 main hose on mine along with water pump and radiator, maybe a mk4 pipe and a reducer pipe will sort you out
