Went to order me pistons etc today and i need to no what compression ratio i want and i dont no how to work this out.
my engine spec is
Big Valve head with matched manifolds
CVH35 Cam + adj pulley
felpro gasket
cosworth pistons
H section rods
stage 2 T3
pro ally intercooler
ERL water inj
It will be getting live mapped

Any one any ideas what i should go for and do you thing that this should be a decent engine????

of corse that engine spec will be good..................... what various compression ratios are available from your supplier and what boost levels are you going to run???

 

it will be boosting at around 15/16psi i can have what eva compression ratio i want

 

depends what power you want how you want it to drive ect ect

And on the compression ratio, it depends on what you want from the engine. Plus you need to know the combustion chamber capacity to work out how much to machine the pistons by....
