Default quick question, Help!!!

hi guys, just wanted to find out what can be leading to this problem. Basically When i turn my steering to full lock and move, somthing near the wheels clicks and grinds very bad and its constent untill i straighten the steering wheel, i was thinking wheel bearings but i can be wrong. It also makes a slight grinding noise when driving normally now, seems to have gotten worse. It doesnt allow the car to move well when on full lock, also the breaking feels abit diffrent.
Cheers guys

when i push the pedal seems to gradually feel harder. im going to change the front two wheel bearings tomorow, hopefully it should sort the problem. If the CV joints were fooked wouldnt i be able to see if im right they normally let out that black greece

s2 erst, well basically i got the wheel bearings, so ill change them tomorow. Ill push the wheel up and down to cheak if the CV joints are okay (fingers crossed). But when i reverse on full lock or go forward it clicks/nocks just as bad as it grinds.
