Default Fitting New Actuator

ive just bought a new -31 actuator, how do i go about fitting it myself so that i dont mess the engine up until i can take it to the tuners.

disconnect hose from the actuator, theres a split pin holding the rod onto the turbo remove that and release actuator from from turbo, undo the 2 nuts holding the actuator to its mounting bracket. reverse procedure to refit,prob not exact but hope it helps ya

You'll probably need to adjust the new one to give you the right boost

Do this by shortening or lengthening the rod one turn at a time until you get the right boost. Make it longer to reduce boost, and shorter to increase boost - but only one turn at a time!!
