Not sure what this is for...might be worth asking them.

Did a google search for escort quick-rack and came back with ebay ad for an xr3 rally car fitted with a tecrac quick rack. Tecrac are sold by rallye design.... No other tecrac google stuff around tho.

Got one on my S2 and with 17" wheels its very heavy steering but you do get used to it. Not sure where it come from though as it was on the car when I bought it.

Is it much heavier than standard then?
It's pretty poor turning at low speeds anyway

iv got a quife rack on my s2 and it does make the steering heavier but it realy makes the car feel more responsive when cornering. it depends on what you want from the car weather its worth it or not i dont mind the heavier steering as my s2 has 310bhp and doesnt get used every day and any thing which makes it handle better is worth the sacrifice

i fitted a quick rack to my s1, low speed driving its a tad heavy, apart from that i love it, nice and tight and responsive, but i fitted the 16i front ARB too, plus a quick shift

the car is totally different now, i like it

Tecrac were assembled by Kiley -Clinton Engineering Birmingham they were in fact a QH rack that they modified, I recently got some bits from them to rebuild my Rack. At the time i enquired from - Rally Design for bits what a waste of time that was totally totally un-helpfull never deal with them again!!
