A S2 wit approx 200-230 bhp.. could it do wit a 2.5" stainlees exhaust.. (mongoose e.t.c) or do u need a full 3" system??

Ummm.... Not to sure of question

Think a 2.5" or 3" sytem is upto you and wot kinda noize you want from the car - but most of this depends on tailpipe size/design. The turbo depends on back pressure for the seals etc but I gather up to a 3" bore is ok. And on this basis you make the car breathe better, so a 3" system in theory should give more BHP than a 2.5" but I really don't know if you'd see any difference.
