Default Soft Brakes

Just had a cosworth brake conversion done on my s2 but the pedal feels really soft and i find it really hard to brake. The pedal feels like it goes near enough to the floor. Is this normal during the running in period or is something wrong

Sounds like you'll have to give them a really good bleeding all round, with some decent fluid!!

Which cossie calipers have you used??

I just did the brakes on my mates fiesta zetec s the other week with my old standard brakes (esc cos) and they were a bit poo after the first bleed. He drove it about for a bit while I made up the proper spacers the next day. Then we fitted the spacers and bled it again and they were fine!!!!

Get an easy bleed kit they're superb for doing the brakes on your own. They're only £15 or so.

Cheers
