Default bit of advice

bought some parts for my s2erst ,stage 1 head, kent cam kit 34 k, vernier pulley wheel, -31acctuator, question is i havent alot of money left at the moment and was wondering whether to fit these to my engine which seems fit it has done 127000 miles and as far as i know no work has been done to the engine only asking question because butron power says need to do bottom end work on engine after 100000miles thanks for any help

It would be worth giving the engine a freshen up as that's a lot of miles under the belt. Get it all checked out and providing everything is looking rosey bolt yer bits on.

You've got the head so the headgasket and top end will be nice and new. Whip the block out and have it checked over whilst it's in bit sanyway. It'll cost a few quid but less than if you wait for it to go pop.

cheers for the reply mate do you mean me check the engine or send it to a garage as i have limited mecannic knowledge
