Default headlights

my rst ones are officially shit. any common upgrades for them or am i just going to have to find some brighter bulbs?

I've never known MK4 headlight's to be shit, think they are pretty good tbh! You might jst need a new set, or some new bulbs!

Mine were terrible but it turned out they were just suffering the wear and tear of 17 years abuse. Got some brand new ones and they aren't too bad at all

new headlamp units. the reflector will be dull, and turning light into heat insstead if reflecting it. Then wire a seperate relay via some thick wire. You'll gain over a volt at the bulb terminals, which is equiv to a 20% light increase.

as said new lights mate they sell them on ebay brand new £10 for a pair

might have to invest in some new lights then, driving down any sort of non lit road i need main beam on or cant see where i'm bloody goin

was thinking about doing the wiring anyway, when i could be arsed was gonna work out the wiring, relay needed etc.
