You can go for a Superchip mate as these are most common etc.
I had one on my S2 but also had to buy a -31 act and an uprated
fuel pump as my pne died on the rolling road
All in all its how much you have to spend really as now i would not
bother with it and go straight for a complete engine management
system like gotech from jamsport.
I think i paid nearly £750 all in when i got mine chipped and they are
banging out Gotech for £1000+vat makes sense if you know what i
mean.

no problem cheers for the advice,can u fit the gotech ecu's your self or do u need to have it done at jamsport?i suppose u need it to be maped

Yeah it will need fitting and mapping mate but the mapping maybe included in the price not 100% though.
Would be best to try and speak to jamie as he will be able to advise
you better.

Gotech includes mapping, and is a good conversion, and good value for money. But before u do it, get any mods u plan, like intercooler (a must) bigger turbo, cam etc, and ur easily looking at 200+bhp

Depends on how far and what you got mate , had mine done by Paul Hill at engine advantages and never had a problem with his work and paid about 300 quid thats ecu and set up with live test.
