ok I'm going to take my S2 to be set up, its healthy engine no smoke, no troubles and only done 78k now, how much boost do you reckon and what bhp do you think with my engine spec below?

chip, -31 actuator, samco hoses, newman cam with solid followers, front mount intercooler, k&n, straight through exhaust system, exhuast wrap, greddy boost controller

 

200+hp @ 18-20psi, but, with a std turbo u are pusing the reliability. 185 hp at 16psi.

 

turbo only has little bit of play in and doesn't smoke or make a noise but if it goes then I will upgrade lol

so with 18-20 psi what's my nexts mods other than turbo?? head work??

 

for power, yes, head work.

after an intercooler, head works is the best mod u can do.... A std engine with a proper head will do 210hp on 11psi (std turbo)

 

Forgive the hijack of the post, but could you explain a little more about what turbo to use and what work needs to be done to the head to squeese 20psi ?
