Setup cosworth man...
If you are running dizzy do u need a cam sensor as well as a crank sensor??
Or can i just have a cam sensor with a phase disk with pickups at 12 and 6?
Any help would be good...
Cheers,
Jim

If you want you can use the cossie phase sensor in the dizzy but its more agro than it worth, Jano does a simple phase disc and this lets use the standard rst dizzy with no mods.

Using a cam sensor is the best way to get 100% out of your management system.
Leave a std dizzy or any type of dizzy that fits a CVH only to deliver the spark to the correct spark plug. So all you need to do is make sure that the dizzy does not leak oil and that the Rotor Arm and dizzy cap are 100%.
As their is no need for the plug and electronics inside the dizzy, depending on how bothered the customer is about finess and money i fit a blank made from angle alloy, simple to do but makes a little difference.
If you use a cam sensor you have no need for the dizzy at all. Not even to deliver the spark, as you now have the option to run a coil pack
