FRST Engine
Been offered a complete FRST engine and just wanted to know what bits where compatible with my series 2 i know the inlet manifold isn't but thats were my knowledge runs out.

stick the whole engine in with the efi manifold and get hold of a efi xr3i loom and convert ur car to efi,
much better than mfi- more scope for power- and im told a pretty easy convershion
