when i indicate to go left it pops the fuse
it doesnt do this when indicating rite or when the hazards are on
swapped the stork over aswell and that didnt cure it either

 

Have you tried replacing the relay on the stalk?

 

he did because its my stalk we tryed. any more ideas??

 

Probably a short on the wiring mate, bulbs are permenantly earthed and have a switched feed to them. Take the plug off the stalk, take the bulbs out of the side that is blowing, and continuity test between Black/Green and Earth, and Black/White and Earth (sorry can't remember which side is which) one shouldn't have a continuity reading obviously. If they both do there is a fault on the circuit. If not probably the stalk.

Rite just done what safechav said and there is still continuity when there are no bulbs in.

Any ideas where to look next???????????

 

Still continuity on which colour mate? You have taken front rear AND side repeater bulbs out yeah?

All comes to all little_hoss`s bro changed the rear lights and nipped the wire. All sorted now thanks all
