Default SPOILER ISSUES

can any1 help me with which spoiler i need as i got one from a guy he says its an rs turbo 1 but it though they were plastic not rubber the xr31 were rubber, in my boot i have 4 holes.which spoiler do i need??

thats not an rs turbo spoiler whole pattern, as both the 90 spec and 88 spec have wholes in the centre aswell,

and the wholes for the rs turbo spipolers are closer to the outside of the boot.

that whole patter looks like it might have belonged to one of those shity 1.3 bonus spiolers.

ull propbably have more luck fitting a 88spec to that boot, the 90 spec prob wont cover ur existing whols.

ok well what is a 88 spec spoiler look like as ive now have apparently 2 88 spec acording to the people i got them off

its got three mounting pionts to the boot, one at either side, and one in the middle, il have a look see on ebay for a pic

ok mate cheers well the black 1 i have has got 3 mounting points but it has cut outs along the back and is rubber which made me think its an xr31 and the white 1 ive got has 3 mounting points and no cut outs

That looks to me like somebody has nailed a shitty Halfords alloy wing to the boot lid. You can fit either an 88 or 90 spec spoiler as the mounting holes for either will need drilling in anyway.

yeah it had a gt wing on it which came straight off so i need either a 88 or a 90 are they ment to be plastic or rubber this is the one i got off a guy he says its a 88 spec what do you reckon







this is rubber and also it has cut outs unlike other ones??

thats a painted 3i 90 spec spoiler... (not a bad thing if you can get it painted properly, mine's a 3i one...)

dependin on what look ur going for, id go for a genuine 90 spec, as the paint always cracks on the rubber 3i ones,

the 90 spec is a nicer spioler imo.

88 spec looks to skinny

ok then mate cheers well dont really like the rubber ones but we all have different tastes i guess so i need a genuine 90spec one then know of any1 who has one??

is the 3i one and rs turbo one not the same spoiler except the rs turbo one is covered with a plastic coating from factory

my 88spec really solid rubber one and i got it cheaper than £17.99,
i got mine free when i bought my front bumper so it only cost £20 for both

the 90 spec needs holes further UP the boot , not pop rivets on the panel
