I think so too mate! If it's genuine then no one can begrudge people claiming, but when they take the piss to try and get X Thousand pound for fook all it does no one any favours, themselves included!

If u wanna clean car your best bet is to find one on here, but you will have to travel a bit .
I found mine here and had to go to essex(where else for a RS), like two hours away.
Cuvner wanted to go look at an escos in scotland a few mths back, and seein as Im his ride now I'd better get my drivin gloves on.

It annoys me the people that put in bogus whiplash claims. We know a person that got 3k for pulling a fast one and when my missus was shunted and put into a hedge she got half that for a genuine claim. She still suffers now from it almost 2 years later

all i was trying to say with the neck injury thing is the other party would try to claim off you if they could,without losing any sleep over it.
i had an accident in knightsbridge in my lorry(woman came down my inside at lights and sat right in my blindspot.as i moved off i took her offside front wing and wheel with me.)she tried the bogus whiplash bollocks and was stationary at the time!

With reference to that bit though, in this instance Chris should be fine as the accident is clearly her fault so she cannot claim anything from his policy!
