i just make sure it was for the write amount of cash

Andy - do you want to meet later to lend my spare 4 pot brake set up then ?

I'll be fitting an alternator on the Escort later but can meet somewhere.

What is the problem anyway Daz ?

Pedal travel mainly now I think Tony.

Andy fitted a new master cylinder and then we bled up the system. We tried the brakes and there was a pedal then there wasn't a pedal (going to the floor and not doing anything). We then pressure bled the system and there was deffinately no air at all in the system. We then adjusted the rear brakes up as much as we could. We then adjusted the servo push rod out and took up a load of pedal travel at the time. The brakes locked out on the front and got average readings on the rear. ANdy took the car away and found that the pedal still kept dropping away so ordered and new master cylinder and servo. He fitted this and still has a lot of pedal travel although I have yet to see the car since it's had a second new master cyliner and servo.

Hmmm..heard about a mod for this: putting a metal bracket from the master cylinder across ot the wing. Stops the master cylinder from moving when the pedal is applied. Not seen any pics of it tho.

Pretty sure it wasn't moving more than what they normally do Tony.
