just sit in the seat put your feet on the screen in the top corner and push!!

if there is a stonechip or crack anywhere on the screen it will probably break when taking it out though

What u need to do, is.. get in the car, lift the rubber and u will see the metal lip, get a blunt object, and tuck the rubber back behind the lip all the way round, accept the bottom, and the screen will simply lift out.

That's how we all do it. As Mikey says the other way of tucking the rubber underneath is the other way and better if you don't want to risk cracking the screen. If you're replacing it, use your feet. Just sit in the middle of the car, one foot in the top left, one in the top right and gently push.

Don't forget to disconnect the wiring if its a heated front screen. There is a connection in the centre at the top as well under the clock/light.
