hi people just wondering if anyone knows the best oil to use in my s2 i'm currently using millers fully synthetic 5w/40 but then i've been told to use 10w/30 by my mate and mobil one 0w/40 by someone else. but neither of these people have actually owned an rs. any replies from experience would be great oh and if it makes a difference i'm running approx 200bhp@17psi cheers in advance.

 

Ive always used Mobil 1 motorsport 15/50w most RS owners use it.I dont think ill ever use another oil. Go for this oil you cant go wrong its fully synthetic. Most people will agree with me. ALL THE BEST BRUV One other thing i change my oil ever 3-4000 miles it depends on how u drive but i want to keep my engine in tip top condition

Yea, mobil 1 motorsport is good, costly but good, also castrol rs stuff is supposed to be ok, I would say go for one of these due to the output of your car, a standard car however can be run on synthetic stuff, which is what ford recommend i think it is the ford xr stuff

Valvoline racing oil 10w/60 GOOD stuff.
