Is it possible to fit 18" wheels with an offset of 40ET lowered 25mm. I know standard is 15ET so would this upset anything?

My wheels are an ET42, there are spacers available now that dont require you to replace the wheel studs The sapcers have studs already in them and bolt onto your existing studs
