ideal spring rates?
been running on coilovers for a short while now but unsure if the spring rates im using are ideal.
does it make a huge difference that the spring rates that came for my car where for a fully loaded standard escort and the fact that mine is now empty and stripped, which obviously leaves my car with a lighter rear end.
just that with all the new mounts, bushes etc thats going on the car over the next week id like to get it ideal as possible so i dont have to take it apart again.
any guidance appreciated!

erm, ideal for the weight of the car!
Someone must have decided what rate springs to use when they built the kit based on the standard weight but with mine have shed a fair anount of its interior, and aiming mainly for track day use what springs rates would be better suited to my car (it will be doing minimal road mileage aswell!)
