Glad it is all sorted Dave! - Do you remember the discussion about bosch vs Walbro fuel pumps? Well Mark Shead claims he actually prefers the Walbro pump, for ease of fit etc... and also recons it will take about 500bhp no problem! - just some reassurance for you! 
Also what bhp do you think you are reaching at 29psi with your setup?

on a good day with the wind behind me, on a good condition engine, stus site says 347,
