bam

i have seen a cossie for sale in germany and am interested in viewing it but i will have to travel a long distance to see it and i am wondering would it be worth it.its a 93 grey mettalic big turbo with 100,000 kms.there is a new head and water pump gone into it.iam just wondering is there something suspect about that because i thought the sierra cossies had troubles with the heads and that the problems were sorted out in the esc cossie.i also thought that the kms are abit low for head replacement.i need some advice as i am only living in germany a year now and do not know anyone thats into cossies here and do not want to buy a wrecked cossie.

if the timing belt has snapped and mashed the valvedinto the head, it sometimes needs a new head, or if its overheated and cracked due to a failed headgasket.
