Default Haltech ecu

Any one used one ?
I'm looking for an ecu that can do fly by wire and can control paddle shift I think
Motech can but very expensive . The haltech looks like a good ecu it does have fly buy wire flat shift etc but I'm looking for something that can also control the pneumatic paddle shift
Or should I use Stand alone system from geartronics and let that ecu signal engine ecu ??

Do you have a mapper as you really need to ask them that question on which unit to use.

Could the Emtron that you use at MA developments do all of that, Mark?

There you go Nick, get an Emtron, fit it up and then trailer it down to Mark to map as he is the daddy when it comes to Cossies.

Thanks for the reply guys ,
Mark no I don't know Anyone who can map the haltech ecu. .
That's one of the reasons why I asked the question on here
The Emtron you deal with sounds a very good option for me
I've been looking through past posts on questions about cossie
Ecu choices etc .
So can a ask a few questions about the Emtron pls

1 First of what kinda price is it with a decent is base map to run the
Engine and paddle shift ready for final mapping one car is finished etc
2 Do you supply it with a universal engine loom or a ready to go plug and play loom
3 what injectors would you recommend and 4 or 8 want around 550 bhp Need to know so I can get the inlet manifold
4 what throttle body should I use ( was things About golf or vag of some kind I'm building the engine up soon so I will need to get inlet manifold made / modified , will be using one from
5 can the paddle shift run in automatic mode( I've already got the gearbox it's a quaife 6 speed and already has gear position sensor fitted )
6 are all the other engine sensors standard yb sensors , does ecu have internal map

Just a few questions as I need to get a starting point of what way I need to go about things
Thanks

Simtek can do all that, possibly the best priced ecu going. Have one on my WRC.

Better off sending Mark a PM as he's not aloud to post prices on here, but he will get back to you sharp with detailed answers.

Yeah I've been talking with Mark . I'll be using the ecu that he supplies as he knows exactly what I need and his sopport and info and advice is superb . As also o need to get the correct parts to build the engine up first .
I just needed to decide what ecu to use and now I have the process and begin
