Default Clutch problem

Just started the big job on the car. Today gearbox out. Took out the clutch and the springs on the clutch disc are very loose. I mean those that are "vibrition damper" or what is it called in English. Last time when I took the gearbox out I had to change it for the same reason. Wonder what to do. I am little tight on budget. Do I just buy another clutch disc from Sachs or Motorcraft, or schould I buy AP one? Can I buy AP organic one alone or do I need whole thing?

Thanks for input.

You kow the problem is the clutch itself works just fine. it holds and lets me even to get some 4 wheelspin, but the springs in the vibration damper don't last :-/

I don't want to get too strong clutch - I refer not to brake gearboxes
