here is some pics of my car but they not very good and will get some more done when the sun comes out.....
its stage 3 tuned now and pushing out about 340-360bhp but i would like around 450bhp but what needs to be done to get that and how many parts can i still use? (gearbox?) and could someone tell me the TOTAL price for the coilpack conversion including fitting and how long would it take for a pro to fit?
and what is needed for anti-lagg and how much would it cost roughly........a lot to ask but any help will be appreciated

These are the only picture i have of my wee girl
only got her so haven't started doing anything with her

you can probably achive 450 on an engine dyno without going too wild, maybe some cams, bigger injectors and the right chip/setup, but to actually make that usable in the car, thats where the main expense is... as listed above...

Besides, very few parts from a stg III car will be re-used on a 400-450 car, my car for example, was stg III running a bosch 003 pump, but on the advise of Harvey I decided to remove that and fit a nice new higher flowing 023!! ... somethings still need changing
