Scott how come yours runs a Small Turbo cam cover on it, thought it was large turbo and didn't think you could get over 300ish BHP on a small turbo?
Kevbo, Get some front pics up mate, saw yours in the Gallery on the RSOC board the other night and it looked stunning, probably one of the best looking nearly standard Escos's ive seen! Love the wheels too!

Where about's in Yorkshire are you from MONSTER ? Think i may have seen this car at some point, and if it's the same one, looked a stunner! Was even thinking about trying to flag you down to see if you were interested in a sale when we were looking for one
Caroline.

Obviously another one that i saw, but from the pictures it looks like you've found a good one.
Myself and the boyfriend (bigpower) used to own a concours small turbo, and really did want a big turbo, but after months of travelling the country and coming up with nothing, we ended up with another small turbo so we're having to start all over again as it's completely standard! We found that milleage, condition etc mattered far more than wanting a big turbo because they'd all been dogs the ones we saw!
So where did you find yours? What's the spec etc?
Caroline.

Its a 1 owner 25k bog standard car which i bought from john taylor in heysham. Although i've only been out in it twice i do think its absolutely wonderful to drive but its main problem is its sooo slow
this is my major dilema, to modify or not to modify? that is the question
have you got any plans for yours?

1 owner, 25k
What a find. Did John have the car up for sale, or did you ask him to find you one? We would have snapped his arm off for your car had we seen it! I see your point, do you modify it, or keep it original, the way some people think they should stay?! Decisions decisions!
We have a fair bit planned for the new cos, rondells and AP 355's are going on at the beginning of next month along with exhaust and suspension and other little bits, and we're contemplating big turbo'ing the car after the show season, but then again, is that loosing the originality of the car with it being like your's, completely standard?
I'm sure that you, along with us will get itchy feet for more power if we decide to leave them standard!
ps, sorry, didn't log out of bigpowers acount, it's Caroline!

Hi Caroline/BigP
I actually went up to look at an auralis blue one he had for sale but saw this one sitting in the unit, he had no intention of selling it though so i pestered him
for a few days until he agreed to sell it
I suppose with regards to modifying, as long as you keep all the standard bits and dont mod anything you cant change back to standard then there should be no worries
I have been toying with the idea of some 355 discs, do you know where the best place is to get some?
Dave

Cheers folks
K3 VHA;
I'm still looking for a painter who'll do the hoops for me. Wouldn't it be a mental yoke.
I'll probably miss the match, heading to Scouserpool for the weekend and will be travelling home then. Where are those Huns ?
