depends oon these things
1.do youu want a bumpy ride?
2.do you want to be constantly cleaning coil overs as they get rusty as fk
3.how much you looking too spend because good coil overs are £850 upwards
i have konni's and eibach springs very comfy and easy to clean as i was going to go coil overs but rubbered it as they get rusty as fk
koni's and ahamed bajoo springs are really good avalible from Mike Rainbird RnB motorsport

lol, you just cake them in grease when u fit them and then re apply every now and again lol, or do what i did and just spray them with a rattle can silver, then when u want to sell them wipe it all off with thinners and they look brand new.
i have koni's and eibach springs on the p100 and although its the same running gear, the back end obviously will act differently to an escos, it does handle well and doesn't knock your teeth out (y)
