Haha yes well there the temps can go down to -10°C in the city, so when going in the Alpes just nearby, can be even less, and your foots are freezing, if you have carpets and floor protection removed.

Turbo fits at last, had to make a t4 flange and spacer to fit on the original 2wd manifold
Not keeping a green rocker cover, don't like the whole santa christmas theme. It will be
snap on red.
Back ends done powder coated bit's n bobs, just the brakes and shafts to sort.
Still waiting for uprated springs to come back from the coaters

I've been looking for 3dr's with window winders but i've had no luck.
I think i'll stick with the electric windows that came with the doors, till I get perspex.
Do you still see your mate from red? would like to know a bit more about my shell as it use to be a LHD. Maybe grpA?

YOU KNOW THAT RED CURRENTLY ARE IN FLINT NORTH WALES ?
(fook i hate it when i forget i'm in caps and don't look up when i'm typing).
i would go to any poxy scrap yard that does old cars and you should find a bogo standard ezzie.
If you want any info it may be hard to come by as red have changed hands 3 times since about 99.

Cheers Andy. The turbo's a gt35 with a .92 exhaust housing. I believe the front turbine to be a t04.
Going rwd as 4wd is very expensive to keep with a big power engine
Rest of the spec is
Greys
custom kent cams
Low comp pistons with valve cut outs 7.5.1
Wire rung block and grp A head gasket
Ap 6 paddle clutch with heavy duty cover plate and fresh fly wheel
500 cooler
Looking for around 450Bhp

Hello matt, it's not a custom exhaust, it's a 909 part.
If you can find a copy of the escort cosworth group a preperation manual, you'll see a diagram of this exhaust and a titainium rear exit .
I got mine unused from a company called EARS motorsport.
There is an italian firm on here that has a tailpipe only for sale for about Ł200, but I don't know what condition it's in.
A full system consists of a 3 1/2 inch v band on a titainum 3inch down pipe( mine is a modified 3 inch stainless with a 3 inch v band) ceramic coated titanium center section, and an uncoated ti tip. Mount's and brakets should all be on the exhaust

Ah yes, I can see you used the middle part of the gravel group A exhaust, and then added that side exit, which mean it should be just in front of the rear wheel if I'm not wrong. Sweet thing you've got there mate !

Got a bit of an update, things are starting to go well.
rivet in clips for fuel lines and cables
Quick release battery clamps on 10mm cable
-6 and 8 fittings all sorted for the 044 pump-filter-bulk head, still need to sort out lines from bulk head to fuel rail
Starting to fasten the hosing down
Battery will find its new home behind the passenger seat
Ignition, fuel pump etc. switch and fuse panel

There's a new oil cooler set up going on too
The sandwich plate
The 25row/235 cooler
Remote filter
New brake pipes and lines
Bit of lagging on the cage
Drivers seat in
Stack dash nearly complete
Making a nice little heat sheild for the turbo.
