I have a 19 row on my escos up ront and im only going to be running 380/400Hp if im lucky, i have seen other more powerfull cars with lesser rows than that and also even more powerfull car run no oil cooler at all
So the choice is yours there is no rite and wrong imo
hope that helps

Im going to be running a 19 row on mine but it will be trial and error to see if it is too big and some of the rows need blocked off. Like gate crasher says i have seen a lot of big power cars run without a cooler without problem, im only running one as my block has been modded in a way that i have to run a remote cooler and filter

As Dave has said - more oil means it will take longer to heat it to require a cooler.
saying that - those who have the 19 row cooler - what width have you gone for.
i think mine is a 12 row cooler if i remember correctly but im not at home to check!
