Default how to remove big bush from rear beam (advice needed)

as above folks how do i remove the big bush that mounts the rear beam to the floor of the car does it be pressed out or is there a trick or nack to it that someone would like to share

use 2 old front suspension top cups,some spacers [blocks of wood and sockets etc]and wd40 and a long bolt/nut and wind them out,you can refit in similar way just be careful that the spacers dont fly out and blind you

If you don't want to re-use them (as in you're replacing them for poly bushes), air saw or blow torch takes 2 minutes .

Oh the saph:

I just put a big socket on the underside of the car and on top the bush
and jacked the beam back up, that soon pushed it out

not done the escos yet, but shouls be the same.

mate if you damage them they are still available Ł19.90 each from ford

Im collecting my beam today....not sure yet if theyve got them out without damaging mine but good to know they are still available

I can get them out with a big screwdriver in 2 minutes.....

But then i am a big Mook...
