Ryans looms....
Hi Guys,
Just wondering just how much work these are to replace / fit, or if its a job with giving to MSD to do? I'm reasonably good with electrics, but would like to hear what you guys have got to say.
Cheers

I thought at one point i needed a new part of loom and he gave me a qoute of £380 (for the ecu, fusebox etc loom part) plus £150 fitted.
So a bloody good price to me and save you a job with getting in to the wiring.

depends really which way u want to do it,
If u still have the multi plugs on the inner wing, remove the engine section of the loom and run new feeds to the new loom.
Or if u dont have the multiplugs, then either remove the old loom completely back to the fuse box (About 8/9 wires back to the fuse box, 2 go the amal valve routed around the other side of the engine bay and 3 go to the lambda, rest go to the ECU plug)
Depends on 1, how competant u are, and how much of a challenge u want (also its alo harder with the engine in, but easier if just the inlet is removed) and 2, how neat and professional u want it to look.
