hi Steve,

quite possible a weak actuator or a leak in one of the pipes.

check for any leaks and then try the actuator.

Hi Steve

I can recommend a forge -31 like mine as they are serviceable and you can change the spring if you ever go for more power in the future.

Ive checked my receipts and this one in the picture below cost me £65 posted direct from forge.

it could be that the diagfram (spl) in the dump valve has perished it is on the turbo itselfon small turbo's, mine split and did the same, the same one is fitted to rover turbo's so getting a spare is easy I got mine from turbo technics
