My orange one has done......7.7 miles
And all that was at Santa pod, and on the rollers.
Although you could argue the bottom end has done 225miles in an RS200 before it was taken out and put in mine. Rest of it is 7.7 though.

Mines done about 44k, although most of the servicable items were renewed/upgraded by the previous owner for the sake of it. That was around 1500 miles and 20 months ago. I cant see me going over 50k in mine personally and thats if i keep it for a good few years as im hardly using it at the moment.
cossymad, 7.7 miles! Did you build that one up with brand new everything then?

No, mine's in miles, had to change the speedo to miles when I registered it in the UK so I've converted the KM to miles & added the 2 sums together & got 120,000. The speedo reads 65,000 miles as a result.

i just drive in kilometers, if your ever behind a escort cosworth
doing 30km's in a 30 mph zone its me.
the thing with lhd cossies is it only takes approx 60k miles to do 100km's
i have seen them for sale with low km's and no that they have at least
a extra 100k's under the belt

This thing with 100 thousand miles on the clock & everybody panicks is nonsense. My old Golf GTI had 210,000 MILES on it when I sold it. & it was still being run by it's new owner 3 years later & I really don't think that it was a better car than a Cossie. Bet the people here don't either.
Even sillier, the Germans get the same nervous tic when their motors get up to 100 thousand km, which is a mere 62 thousand miles.
Quite frankly if a Beemer or a Merc is scrap after 60 thousand miles they shouldn't be allowed to sell 'em...

mines done 110,000 miles, but when I got it the condition far outwieghed the milage....
since I have had It I have managed to rip the front splitter off in a flood , and melt the number 4 piston due to a headgasket fault letting oil into the combustion chamber and lowering the RON ......
BUT, it is having a ground up rebuild engine wise to 440ish BHP, and 90% of the drivetrain is being replaced, and I am going to get it sprayed end of this year hopefully
If they are looked after there is no reason they can't do spaceship milage. I was using mine everyday as well, I can't see the point of owning a car like a cossie, and paying ŁŁŁŁŁ insurance and tax and only driving it for 300 miles a year ... It means every drive is great fun

just turned on 99k... but had a fresh standard rebuild 10k ago. so its only the car thats on 99k. thank god.
I dont think mine shows its age at all. Been told its nice and solid too.
but due to a 9-5 and having a few issue the last couple of years, ive only covered 10k in 3 years.

Clocks say 70k but there are not many parts with more than 10k tbh so she will never be sold as i would rather put it away under a cover if i get board, but at the moment i dont see it its just an on going project
