I know this is not the place to post this but..
has anyone else had problems loading avatars, Im a Graphic Designer, following the sizes it asked, format....etc

It keeps refusing it....saying size ahs to be...blah, blah...like Im not doing that stuff all day.

Some people I notice have animated Gifs too. wont load those either, no idea what problem is. Is there someone on this forum that helps with silly things like this?
