Ok, i will finally have the prototype in my hand tomorrow 
been waiting what seems like weeks for this!

rear bumper insert ***UPDATE***
Prototype fitted!!!!
Needs a bit more fettling in the awkward right hand section but the rest of it is spot on....im very impressed with the texture and the quality of the vinyl. Im going to re-do the template once the right hand section is perfected as im not 100% happy with the shape.
In all these are going to cost me Ł5 each to have made and as ive said before thats what they'll go out to you guys at. Does everybody who wanted one find this price ok?
Reason being im going to have to pay for them all up front and 14 x 5 = Ł70.
Please let me know your thoughts either on this post or by PM, i'll post pics up of the insert on mine this weekend

I took some pics of my prototype insert in the rain today
anyway they are further below but first the revised list of wanters.

Pics below, picture of insert as you will get it ( Installation tip for when you do get your insert from me: cut carefully around the insert with scissors or a craft/stanley knife, it will be easier to attach to the awkward right hand section )
The pic below is of the nice straight bit that im very happy with.The flash has made it look shiny, i can assure you it is not. It is very very close to OE spec and is top quality.
The pic below is the side that needs the work, You can see its a bit short at the right hand side in the curve,and not perfect in the left hand side section where it joins the straight section, so once this is sorted i'll get them done, just need decent weekend weather some time soon to sort this out!!!

I will have 4 (if thats ok) instead of my original 2. Ideal for spares, just in case or if fitting goes tits up.

Hello All.....Crikey its been a while this thread was on page 5!!!
Now my cars finally sorted though im back on this little project again!!
Quick update: i have the perfected template currently being re-made, once i have this i will trial fit and if all ok with that i'll be in touch with those that wanted one.

Crikey this was down on page 4!!!
Got the newly profiled insert today and will trial fit it this weekend. If its perfect as im hoping, it could be time to have them made up, in which case i'll be in touch for the fivers
