Default Heated Screen.

Does anyone have any experience of these.I had mine replaced about 1 1/2 yrs ago under my insurance but have only just tested that it heats up correctly.Unfortunatley it only clears half the screen & its the passanger side as well .Does anyone know where the connections are for the screen ???
If not I'll have to call out the people that fitted it but I doubt it is still under any sort of warranty.
Cheers.

Chris.

Where are the fuses? Near battery? When I bought mine, the co-drivers side only worked and now they are both dead. Haven't had yet time and motivation to check what's bugging it.

start the engine
turn the screen on
test to see if you have power going to bother sides
if you don't, call the insruance company and say you need a new screen
simple

as far as i kow, hot screens were avilable on the majority of fords, either as options of part of the spec (along with hot washer jets etc)

on some astons you can get heated headlamp glass

it's fairly easy to retro fit, the loom is stand alone other than the battery and the wire going to the ecu to hook up to raise the engine idle speed
