the radtec intercooler bolts direct to the chassis legs infront of radiator theres another pair of holes you just need a pair of bolts and rubbers the same as the radiator to mount it just put the bolt in hole and use a nut on the end as soon as the bumpers out the way your see the holes

Hi dave
Bloody was tight i can tell you!!and a real pain to fit, not as easy as Radtec said it would be. I even rung them to tell them what problems i had so nobody else would have to go through what i went through!!! but what a difference.....instantly noticeable from the standard unit and if i ever wanted to go mad the foundations are all in place............big if though as love it as it is

Radtec 60mm cooler and alloy rad fitted on a esc cos. it won't fit if you put it on pro alloy bracket like above.
If you have a std rad you will have to move the mounts on the chassis rail backwards as the rad sits too far forward.
we've got a set of bolts on Ebay

cheers

What did you lads do with your amal valve? (assuming you still have them)
Is there a bracket you can buy? Just looks quite messy with nowhere to mount it

I did mine last weekend and tbh it was quite straight forward too
I've not got an amal valve on mine but when do get one fitted i think i'll just stick it to the top of the cooler.

Cool, i thought the brackets were only for the Saff. might knock something up...cheers
Pewte: I know mate it was easy, i'd heard they were a nightmare to fit on the escorts. I think that's why i put it off for so long.
