Ł50 through your Insurance, If its heated it will be well into the hundreds to buy & get fitted yourself.

why not?

its only a Ł50 excess and it normally doesnt affect your claims

otherwise your going to end up spending a fortune buying and fitting one which seems a tad daft to me

Ł50 is a bargain & a lot less trouble than DIY.

you can find one in a ghia xr3i rs2000 they all have heated ones, cost about Ł20-Ł40 from breakers yard, Get you mate to cut it out as they will ask for payment up front. Ł50 excess is only on cars with fully comp insurance.

Exactly, better to have it done by a person that does it day in day out & have some come back if you have any problems.
I wouldn't drive a car like a Cossie on anything other than FC insurance.
