i check out the lambda sensor on my escort and seem to be definitly out of order
can anyone know if the Hego sensor or, lambda sensor, can be change by a universal 3 wires . or do i need to find out the exact ref

you can use a universal type, but you must have the right type. there are 2 different types of narrow band lambda sensor, and i believe that the escos uses a zirconia type
