Default help with breakdown required!!!!

whilst driving to santa pod for the usc weekend noticed a strange vibration (seamed to be from the drivers side front)it very slowly got worse to the point i thought i had a flat tyre,i pulled over to the hard shoulder to check all tyres were fine!!!i carried on driving and the vibration only seamed to be whilst accelerating we were taking it nice and steady as we were close to pod and just wanted to get there in one piece then it got worse to the extent that things were dropping off the dash board realy violent shaking of the whole car even when coasting,so pulled over in the watford gap services and rang for recovery

the aa chap really was a very, very nice man,had to upgrade membership and pay extra mileage charge £255 in total we got the bugger home

how close is the splitters i had no tools to remove them nor did the aa chap!anyway unloaded her and loaded into my girlfriends puma and made the trip back to santa pod had a bloody good weekend!!!sorry for the life story but any pointers in the right direction on to what could cause such a problem would be a great help, front prop??wheel bearings???etc....cheers ade

Not a nice experience having to watch your car get scraped up onto the back of a low loader

but what kind of recovery guy comes without a 10mm spanner and a screwdriver, thats all it takes to get the splitter off

hope you get it sorted mate
