Default compresion struts

i think im correct in thinking that the comp sport compression struts bolt to the existing anti roll bar mounts, but what i was intrested in is what advantages/disadvantages changing to these will have on a road car, the main reason im thinking of using struts insted of the roll bar is to stop the bloody down pipe moving on to the roll bar , any coments would be welcome thanks andy

there are LOADS and LOADS of threads about this everywhere

just look them up and they'll give you the big rundown of what you need to know

but, in essence, the compression strut moves the wheel back/forward in the arch and you can put the wheel where you want
if you run wihtout the bushes you also get less play

for a road car, i would recomend keeping an anti-roll bar. without one, the car will roll too much, or you will have to go too hard on the front struts to stop it
