Default English axle handbrake adjuster

How available are these and what exactly do want?

I have the below drumbrakes and ford english axle on the kitcar (used on the cortina and mk2 escort i understand) and the right hand side adjust slips and becomes very loose and causing a lot of pedal travel, and the left hand side binds up an causes the whole lot to get very hot!

The wheel cylinders are new, as will be the front calipers as of mid next week i think, so i set about trying to find some new handbrake adjuster, but quite phone call to the local parts factor has as yet drawn a blank.

There must be someone making them? Thoughts/suggestions?

On another forum its also been suggest replace the ford rod/cable linkage with a morris ital one as well. Not sure if thats well known, but they seem fairly easy to get hold of.
