got some pics finally, heres the work car and runaround:
x-pack wings, and front walance, richard grant skirts, rear valance and spoiler, 7 spokes spaced out 35mm, 2.8 disks and billies up front, dropped 50mm all round, mk2 bumper (only front atm, looking for a rear if anyone has 1?) and grill. completed with ghetto paint job lol. rekon it went wrong somewhere. its due to be sanded back and booked in to be painted professionally. learnt what i was doing with this car and i dont blame myself for trying to paint it. learnt to do everything else so i thought i'd give it a go.
rngine is set to go efi very soon, just need a coule more parts.
the project car is in a resto thread on here:

Ello peeps i've owned Capri's since I was 18 and I still own my very first Capri (14 Years later), she's the wife a 1.6 Laser with 57k on the clock. I've also owned a 1.6 Laser that I tuned up a bit, a 3.0 ltr ( she was gorgeous) sadly rotted away and a couple of others, one that saved my life in a crash
I'm currently building a Cossie powerd Capri, that i've been building for 11 years Here's a post of the build so far ......

I use to go to Summer Camp a few years back, when I first got My Capri, but seems John Hill has lost the plot these days and it doesn't seem to be as good as it use to be years ago. Read in the club mag this is gonna be the last Summer Camp this year too.
Charlie use to be funny, especially when he was in the band, I think he got fed up of having to clear out the ses pit, that's why he stopped doing the weekend, I mean, would you wanna clear that thing out in the heat we've been having lately
Good ole Sally is the best he'd be lost without her doing the spare's

Just going for the Sunday, never been to a summer camp so may as well make the last one. Never met Sally yet mate, not sure what she looks like, Have emailed her and she is always very friendly, she seems to be a busy lady with the CCI too.

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
Nice to see not everyone is 'Chaving' their Capris
Here is a picture of my genuine mk 2 X Pack, one of only 100 made in Germany and possible the only real Mk 2 X Pack left. Sadly it now needs a full resto, but it will get it.

Hello guys, I've got a 1983 2.8i with 50k on the clock. it's pretty much original with a k+n a janspeed ss exhaust poly bushes and caprisport sierra discs front and rear. It's a bit poorly at the moment with a misfire and stalling and not restarting when warm. Hopefully get time to look at it on monday
