Alternative starter ???
The starter in my mates mk2 crossflow has packed it in for good, is there an alternative starter than can be used from a newer ford? Old skool parts are'nt easy to come by in Ireland!

There are companies that make custom ones with gear reduction for better performance. Or speak with local clever folks and you can make them from Jap starters if you adapt the ally face place?
