Torque settings and timing?

Default Torque settings and timing?

hey there i have got a 1630 crossflow and ive just replaced the piston rings. i need the torque settings for head, main bearings, big end bearings, crank pulley, flywheel, clutch, oil /water pump and engine mounts.

also how do i set up the timing for the cam and crank

any help will be most appreicated..thaks

i think for the timin for the camand crack u line up the dots on the pullies, join up 2 www.oldskoolford.co.uk and am sure some1 will b able 2 give u a defo answer
