Hi all,

I have been having some issues with the Mech fuel pump on my mk1 Escort x-flow so i've just fitted a rebuild kit but the Cap screws that hold the two half's of the Pump together are lets say "past there best" (a few of them have badly corroded and look like they have been chewed up in the past.

Which brings me to my question, does anyone know what size and type of thread they are? i went to my local nut and bolt shop today and they didn't have Imperial thread gauges and as they said even if they did they wouldn't order 8 of them in just for me so i'm sure i can find some on the net but i need to find out what size they are first.

Any ideas?
