just a question regarding a zetec turbo,

i have a xr3i 1.8 130, currently in my car,

i do however have a rs turbo engine i was going to fit in.

my questions are should i fit the rs turbo lump or just use a decompression plate on my 1.8 130 engine?
what would be the best option?

obviously the rs turbo lump is around 125bhp,
but what would the zetec turbo be running on a decompression plate?

is anyone on here running a zetec turbo on decompression plate.
