I had that when I sold my 'One-off' Pro Alloy Intercooler. The guy that was selling it using my picture and my word-for-word description wasn't the guy that bought it from me!!

 

I wouldn't be too bother if it was me tbh!

 

just emailed him he says he has one of these but his digicam is fooked so he is usin mine

 

u can have his listing removed.

If you used your head you could be able to contact ebay & report a twin auction aint rocket science!

 

its actually not allowed to do that

if you contact ebay, they will remove it if you want it to be removed

abit shittey that people lookin at the pic will be thinking thats what there bidding on and it aint id defo report it

 

At the end of the day yours is a shit load cheaper

 

andyt, you best bet is wait a few days until he gets a few bids, remember the bidders ids, then report him, get his listing removed then via ebay message the bidders your link

 

scrap that your auction states, is advertised elsewhere and i have the right to end auction early, report yourself

 

Because some ppl are lazy, got no camera, got noway of putting a pix on the comp, loads of things, mostly ppl beening lazy tho

 

have a word with the seller asking why he's used your pics without permission
if it gets all arsey then report them

if they turn around and say "sorry grovel grovel" then at least it's in writing and you can't dispute anything once it's on the internet


same thing happened to a mate of mine who found his car for sale on ebay, it was a pic of his car from his website that the guy had just used
a few quiet words saw the offending picture get a great big "this is not my car but a library picture" emblazoned across the front

 

if it doesnt bother you then leave it but if it does let ebay know.they are very strict with listings.cant even say things to swap or swop as they remove the listing cause its against the rules.

 

People do that with our adverts all the time - it is proper annoying
