42" Plasma TV - this any good?

Stu, please buy one of these and post what it is like 
I have nearly bought 1 about half a dozen times in the last 3 months when ordering from Ebuyer but some part of me says that a 42" plasma for £700 must be rubbish - but the reviews seem good like you say

Its not HD ready, res is too low and the contrast ratio is not that high either. Macro is doing an HD ready 42" 5000:1 CR for just under 1K inc Vat in this months special. Gonna take a look at the weekend and see what its like.
